General Terms

- An active internet connection is required to use the platform; 77ff is not responsible for connectivity issues.

Account & Registration
To enjoy the full service on 77ff, you need to create a personal account. The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
2.1 Account Creation Rules
- Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided when creating an account (name, address, date of birth, phone number) must be truthful.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential; sharing the password with anyone else is prohibited.
- You are required to notify 77ff support immediately regarding any unauthorized use of your account.
- Opening an account on behalf of a corporate, partnership, or trust entity is not permitted.
2.2 Account Verification
77ff may at any time request a government-issued ID or other documents to verify a user's identity. Deposits, withdrawals, or other activities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Age Verification & Identity
The 77ff platform is for individuals aged 21 or older only. Minors may not use this platform or open an account.
- At the time of registration, the user confirms that they are at least 21 years of age.
- 77ff may verify age through a national ID card or passport in cases of suspicion.
- If anyone operates an account on behalf of a minor, both accounts will be closed.
- Parents are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent their minor children from accessing the platform.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Designated payment methods must be used for financial transactions on 77ff. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.
4.1 Deposits
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each payment method.
- Deposited amounts generally take a few minutes to reflect in the account; contact support if there is a delay.
- Depositing via a third-party account is strictly prohibited. The deposit account and withdrawal account must be the same.
4.2 Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests generally take 10–45 minutes to process.
- Withdrawals are only approved to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- 77ff reserves the right to delay the withdrawal process pending additional identity verification if required.

Bonuses & Promotions
77ff offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read carefully before claiming the bonus.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; or deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
- Before withdrawing a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
- Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit; the time limit will be stated with each offer.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If abuse of the bonus system is detected (e.g., claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, artificial betting patterns), 77ff reserves the right to forfeit the relevant bonus and winnings and to close the account.
Fair Play Policy
77ff is committed to ensuring a fair and balanced environment for all users. Our games are powered by independently tested Random Number Generators (RNG).
6.1 Prohibited Activities
- Playing games using any software, bot, or automation tool is strictly prohibited.
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform is prohibited.
- Collaborative betting or collusion with other users is prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial processing is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
6.2 Technical Errors
In the case of an incomplete game round due to server issues, network disconnection, or software errors, 77ff will provide an appropriate resolution. However, 77ff is not obligated to pay out incorrect payouts displayed as a result of a technical error.

Limitation of Liability

- Any damage caused by issues with the user's device, software, or operating system.
- Any damage resulting from the user's account information being disclosed to others due to the user's own negligence.
- Service downtime due to unforeseen technical issues or force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances).
- Any financial loss resulting from gambling outcomes — the games are entirely at the user's own risk and the user plays with full awareness of this.
In no circumstance shall 77ff's total liability exceed the total amount deposited by the user during the relevant period.
Account Suspension
77ff may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Involvement in fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities.
- Detection of bonus system abuse.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- Upon the user's own request to close their account under the responsible gambling policy.
9.1 After Account Closure
Valid balances (excluding bonuses) are generally returned to the user after account closure, though this may be delayed in cases under investigation. If the account is closed due to a breach of terms, bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited.
9.2 Closure by the User
Users may request to close their account at any time. In this case, the opportunity to withdraw the remaining valid balance will be provided.
Changes to Terms
77ff reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.
- For significant changes, users will be notified via email or in-app notice.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
- If a user does not agree to the new terms, they may request to close their account.
